BEEF TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

3x 8 oz. beef tenderloins

2x tbsp. minced garlic

2x tbsp. minced white onion

1x tsp. rosemary

1/2 tsp. sage

1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

2x tsp real butter

1/4 c. beef broth or stock

3 tsp. olive or avocado oil 

2x sm. yukon or 4x. new potatoes 

Directions

BEEF LOINS

  1. Heat Skillet on med high
  2. Add oil
  3. Place loins in skillet and do not turn for 2 minutes 
  4. Once seared place aside
  5. Turn heat to medium
  6. Add butter, garlic, and onions and cook till fermented 
  7. Slowly add beef broth or stock and allow to 1/4 reduce until thick
  8. Add sage, rosemary, salt and pepper
  9. Turn heat up to high 
  10. Place loins back in and spoon over the top for 2 minutes
  11. Take skillet off and place to the side to allow loins to rest for 5-10 minutes

POTATOES

  1. Cut into wedges 
  2. Lightly coat with oil
  3. Salt and Pepper
  4. Pre heat oven to 350
  5. Place on non-stick or sprayed baking sheet and place in oven
  6. Bake until desired doneness


***Plate loins and potatoes and add your choice of vegetables***
